Arsho is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Frenchs Forest, Sydney, offering professional and compassionate support to clients across Sydney’s North Shore and globally.
With a designated clinic in Frenchs Forest, Arsho provides in-person counselling for local individuals and couples, specialising in relationship counselling, couples therapy, life coaching, mentoring, and support for depression, anxiety and work-related stress. For clients outside the local area, she offers convenient and confidential online counselling sessions via Zoom, available to individuals across Australia and internationally, including New Zealand, countries in the South Pacific, Southeast Asia – including Singapore, Thailand, Bali and many others.
Arsho combines clinical expertise with warm client-centred approach to help people navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful and lasting relational and personal growth.
Counselling
The purpose of counselling and/or therapy is to facilitate the process, so you may acquire insight and work toward finding solutions that best suit your needs and values. To feel understood and at the same time be challenged to promote growth is a fine balance which is part of the process provided with insightful and compassionate support.
